Ordering and prints
What print sizes do you offer?
Standard photos: 6 × 4 in, 8 × 6 in, 10 × 8 in, 12 × 8 in, 16 × 12 in, 20 × 16 in.
Panoramas: 12 × 4 in, 18 × 6 in, 24 × 8 in, 36 × 12 in, 48 × 16 in.
Every print is made to order on archival paper. Each photo's page shows the sizes that suit it, with a preview of how big it looks on a wall.
Can I order framed prints?
Yes. Framed prints come in a black wooden frame, ready to hang. Choose Framed print on any photo's page.
How do I place an order?
- Find a photo you like in the galleries or prints
- Choose a format and size, then add it to your basket
- Check out and pay securely by card, Apple Pay or Google Pay
- You'll get a confirmation email straight away
Delivery
How much is postage?
UK postage is £10 per order, and free on orders over £200.
Digital downloads have no postage.
How long does delivery take?
Prints are made to order and usually posted within 7 working days. Framed prints can take a few days longer. You'll get an email with tracking details when your order is posted.
Do you post outside the UK?
At the moment prints are only posted to UK addresses. Get in touch to ask about overseas delivery.
Digital downloads
How do I get my download?
Straight after payment you'll get an email with a link for each photo. The links work for 30 days, so save the files somewhere safe.
What can I use a download for?
Downloads are high-resolution JPEG files for personal use: printing at home or at a lab, or as a screensaver. For commercial use or licensing, get in touch.
Gift vouchers
How do gift vouchers work?
Vouchers from £5 to £100 can be bought here and emailed to the person they're for, or downloaded as a PDF to print. They enter the code at checkout. If they spend less than the voucher's value, the rest stays on the code.
How long does a voucher last?
Each voucher can be used for 24 months from the day it's bought. The date is printed on it.
Can I use a promo code?
Yes. Enter it in the "Gift voucher or promo code" box at checkout. One promo code can be used per order, and you can use a gift voucher on the same order.
Payment and returns
How can I pay?
By debit or credit card, Apple Pay or Google Pay. Payments are handled by Stripe, so your card details never reach this site.
What if my print arrives damaged?
Email a photo of the damage within 14 days of delivery and I'll send a replacement or refund you in full.
Can I return a print?
Yes, within 14 days of delivery. See the terms and conditions for how returns work.
Commissions
Do you take on commissions?
Yes, for landscape and nature photography, events and business work. Book a shoot or get in touch to talk it through.
